Many myths and misconceptions surround hospice care. Creating control and a sense of peace becomes more important as we move through the different phases of our lives. Discuss end-of-life care options for you or your loved ones with experts from Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions. Topics include who will speak for you when you cannot; using the popular “Five Wishes Living Will” publication, which addresses medical, emotional, and spiritual needs; and the intriguing concepts of “Swedish Death Cleaning” and “The Death Café.”
Taught by members of the Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions staff, this class will meet for two, two-hour sessions on June 9th and June 16th
