Job Openings
Medical Social Worker
Job Summary: Assist patients and families in meeting their psychosocial and bereavement needs. Coordinate community resources available to patients and families. (Full-Time)
Chaplain (Part-Time)
Job Summary: Work to affirm the spiritual dimensions of life and death and provide patients and families with the spiritual comfort and support needed.
Registered Nurse - Platte/Converse County
Job Summary: Provides nursing care to individuals and families based on nursing appraisal and provides case management and coordination of assigned patients. (Full-Time)
CNA
Job Summary: Provide personal care services to Hospice patients under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assist patient and families in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. (Full-Time)
Counselor
Job Summary: The Licensed Counselor position is a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor at a Master’s level or above, including LPC, LMFT, LCSW. This position has the primary responsibility to provide psychotherapy to clients of Mourning Dove Grief Care.
Extended Hours Registered Nurse
Job Summary: Provides nursing care to individuals and families based on nursing appraisal and provides case management and coordination of assigned patients. (Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 7:00am)
Night Registered Nurse
Job Summary: Provides nursing care to individuals and families based on nursing appraisal and provides case management and coordination of assigned patients.
Chef/Cook
Job Summary: Prepares patient meals and menus and maintains the hospice home kitchen in accordance with state and federal regulations. Will alternate between the Kloefkorn and Chapman Homes.
Resource Specialist
Job Summary: The Resource Specialist assists the psychosocial team, patients, families, and caregivers in accessing community resources, support services, and bereavement programs. This position provides non-clinical psychosocial support, care coordination, resource navigation, and community outreach.
