This has probably been the most altruistic job I’ve ever had; it makes me feel like I’m doing something. Some of my best memories are the more difficult patients, they’ve taken the most effort, the most creativity to talk to. I remember them the most for all the effort and knowing that I gave him a good death with dignity and being there for the family.
