Imagine an evening atop Casper Mountain at the beautiful Hogadon Lodge, surrounded by panoramic views, a five-course dining experience, and the knowledge that your night out is changing lives in your community. On Saturday, September 13th, 2025, Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions invites you to “A Night Well Spent” — an intimate, elevated culinary event designed to delight your senses while making a lasting impact on local families.

This is not a typical gala. There will be no fundraising or auctions at the event. It’s simply an extraordinary evening where your presence is the gift. The $1,500 per couple ticket is more than just admission; it’s a direct investment in compassionate, end-of-life care for individuals and families in our community.

“You are not simply buying a dinner,” says Rachel from Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions. “You’re helping ensure that no one in our community is ever turned away from hospice care because of their financial situation. You’re fostering comfort, dignity, and love at life’s most tender moments.”

A Culinary Journey Like No Other

This unique five-course dining experience is carefully crafted by Chef Matt Sissman, a Casper native and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. With 25 years of culinary expertise — from high-end restaurants across the country to cooking for NASA at McMurdo Station in Antarctica — Chef Matt brings an unmatched level of artistry to the table.

The menu draws inspiration from regional ingredients and old-world preparation techniques, creating an exclusive dining experience designed to surprise and delight. Every course, every pairing, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make this evening unforgettable.

An Elevated Experience, A Greater Purpose

While you indulge in fine food, handcrafted cocktails, and the stunning atmosphere at Hogadon Lodge, you’ll also be giving something far greater: the gift of comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions believes that no one should face life’s final moments without compassion and care. Through your generosity, the organization can continue providing services regardless of a family’s ability to pay.
